During this workshop, you'll learn powerful techniques to clarify your vision and set clear intentions. All materials will be provided. You'll have plenty of time to explore your dreams and bring them to life on your personal vision board.

PART I: Start with a special Cecilia Jane Method Class at Studio Y3
Cecilia Jane Method:
The Cecilia Jane Method is a dynamic practice that effortlessly blends elements of Yoga, Barre, and Pilates. Guided by curated playlists, it combines flowing movements, isometric holds, strength-building exercises, and deep stretches, all while maintaining a focus on mindful breathing. This method is both challenging and inclusive, offering a rejuvenating experience suitable for all levels. Created by Cecilia herself, this method invites you to dive into a one-of-a-kind, feel-good journey that will leave you stronger, stretched, and smiling!
PART II: Then we meet at Our Happy Place for a yummy brunch
